Shaheryar Chishty is currently the Global Head of Industrials Investment Banking at Nomura International. Shaheryar joined Nomura in January 2009 and currently manages 100+ investment bankers based out of offices around the world. Previously he worked at Citigroup for 12 years where his last role was as Head of the Asia Industrials Group for Citigroup Investment Banking.

Shaheryar has over 17 years of investment banking experience in Asia and has originated and executed M&A and capital markets transactions across Asia (including Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan) in a wide variety of industry sectors (automotive, transportation, construction, chemicals, heavy industry, natural resources, financial services, technology, telecom, consumer & retail, power, real estate, etc.). Shaheryar has advised on some of the largest M&A transactions in Asia. Since 1998, Shaheryar has had a special focus on China and Korea where he has worked on many of the significant transactions that have transformed the industrial and financial landscape.

While based in Hong Kong, Shaheryar is originally from Pakistan where he also serves as Director in Asiapak Investments Limited, a private investment holding company. Asiapak Investments has controlling and non-controlling investments in mining, real estate and logistics businesses.

Shaheryar graduated summa cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a major in Economics and a minor in French.

Maryam is Assistant Professor at the Department of Law & Policy at LUMS (Lahore). Her teaching and research interests include comparative constitutional law and judicial reform, federalism and its impact on ethnic conflict, and the criminalization of civil wrongs in Pakistan. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Maryam is actively engaged in providing academic counselling to college students in terms of both curricular choices and possibilities for higher education in law. She is also a member of the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network (CAAAN), which allows her to mentor and exchange ideas with high school students from across Punjab who apply for admission to Cornell University every year. Her affiliation with KMT - first as a "friend" of the organization and presently as a Trustee - gives voice to her passion for an "educated Pakistan."

Nasir is a civil engineer and an engineering manager by profession and he is presently working as Director Infrastructure for Pakistan software Export Board. During his professional career he has been associated with public and private sector organizations in Pakistan and the US.
