The KMS Annual Day was held on Sunday, October 16, a beautiful autumn day ideal for outdoor performances.  The event was well attended by parents, siblings and extended families of the children and local teachers.  The children and teachers were very busy in the weeks leading up to Annual Day with rehearsals and constructing costumes and props. A lot of hard work went into the event, but it was well worth it when all the performances went smoothly.  The students loved being on stage and watching their friends perform.  The children performed skits in Urdu and English on a range of subjects including Science, Islamiat and Social Studies. Classes also performed a variety of plays, including Snow White and Laughing Day, as well as a selection of national songs and international children’s songs.

Following the children’s performances, the guests were served tea and biscuits and

were encouraged to discuss their children’s schooling with the local teachers, the Senior Teachers and Academic Advisors (STAs) and the Administration staff.   The day served as an excellent opportunity to increase communication between the school and the students’ families, as well as a chance to showcase what the children have been learning.
